I've always liked to write and have been an amateur publisher for years (just ask my kids about the Family News Letter they received regularly while at summer camp).  Some of you might recall the Brewing News that was loosely based on my coffee fetish but eventually grew beyond those boundaries.  Well after an extended hiatus the itch is back - this time in the form of an arts and op ed forum of sorts.  

 

I recently started writing reviews of music, movies, theater, etc. as a way of organizing my thoughts and opinions and occasionally shared some of these with friends.  And while I don't Twitter,  YouTube, Facebook, or Instant Message, I'm not a total Luddite and an informal web site seemed like a reasonable project.  I was encouraged, prodded and cajoled to make this happen by my good friend Andy who assisted his wife in creating a site  http://citron.tripod.com/WeddingTipsRaleighNC.htm to share wedding tips (which by the way is a profit making venture - he'll be annoucing his retirement any day now) and agreed to help get this site underway. 

 

Anyway, hopefully the content on this site will encourage some thought and discussion.  The plan is to eventually add a blog so this can be interactive...in the meanwhile check out The Dialogue Page and Emails to the Editor...your comments and suggestions are welcome:
